Miss Virginia

This week, Governor Youngkin and the First Lady welcomed Katie Rose, a former intern, back to the Patrick Henry Building as Miss Virginia. Rose, who competed as Miss Loudoun County, won the crown as the 70th Miss Virginia as well as a spot in the Miss America pageant later this year.
